About 1000 calories maybe. I’ll eat better tomorrow, really!

Day 83

Brunch: Noodle salad

Dinner: 2 slices cheese & crackers, thai noodle salad

Snack: luna bar, vitamin water, trail mix

Calories: I don’t know - I’m doing bad about counting them.

Exercise: Walking up the stairs to my room. Believe me it isn’t easy!

Day 82

Breakfast: pineapple, strawberries, v-8 juice, 1/2 bagel w/l-f cream cheese

Lunch: Chinese chicken salad, slice french bread

Dinner: Noodle salad

Snack: Trail mix, 2/3 slice cake

Not sure how many calories. No exercise unless moaning in pain counts.

Day 81

Is there a word for combining breakfast/lunch/dinner?

Day 80

Breakfast: Oj, pineapple, banana

Lunch: Thai noodle chicken salad, crackers

Dinner: Lean cuisine beef tip dinner, salad, vitamin water

Snack: trail mix

Calories: 1700

Exercise: none -back still hurts

FYI: I did not feel like eating dinner (no reason, I think just because my back hurts) & if didn’t have to put it on this blog I wouldn’t have!

Day 79

Breakfast: hard-boiled egg, oj

Lunch: different salads - I don’t remember what kind but they were good.

Dinner: Thai noodle chicken salad, 1/2 bagel, vitamin water

Snack: Pineapple, 3 pieces ham lunch meat

Calories: Not sure about salads - maybe 1700 total.

Exercise: none - back still hurting

Day 78

Breakfast: Luna bar

Lunch: Chicken salad, crackers, vitamin water

Dinner: Bombay potatoes & chickpeas, 1/4 bagel

Snack: Trail mix, 1 oz cheese, 4 crackers

Calories:  1700

Exercise: None - back hurts to much

Day 77

Breakfast: 1/2 bagel w/l-f cream cheese, 1/2 apple, oj

Lunch: hard-boiled egg, carrot sticks, v-8 juice, crackers

Dinner: taco salad

Snack; Trail mix, vitamin water

Calories: 1400

Exercise: Rode 1 mile but my back hurt a lot so I had to stop.

Day 76

Brunch: Turkey burger, salad, vitamin water

Dinner: Trail mix .    .     .

Probably 700-800 calories.

I just don’t feel very good.

Day 75

Breakfast: oj
Lunch: Pasta w/meat & corn

Dinner: Hamburger, salad

Snack: Luna bar

Calories: Don’t know

Exercise: None

Whoops: 12:30 am update - trail mix, piece of swiss cheese, little piece of chicken.
