Breakfast: Toast w/pb, fruit, oj

Lunch: Crackers w/l-f cheese spread, potato salad

Dinner: Red pepper pasta, salad, roll

Snack: Luna bar, cracker w/cheese

Calories: 2000

Exercise: Walked 1 mile.

Still looking for my cheery self. Yeah I know I ate too much today. I’ll try & do better tomorrow.

    Hey, sorry I haven’t been posting much. Did you see my other posting? I did what you said. Now you have to help me do it again by being a role model. I get discouraged easily, you know. Seriously. I do. You don’t need to be your cheery self, you just need to remember why you are doing all this and how good it feels when you have that different perspective.
