Lunch: Ham sandwich, potato salad

Dinner: Egg patties, bread, salad

Day 141

Breakfast: Toast w/pb, oj, banana

Dinner: Roast beef sandwich, little bit of potato salad

Exercise: None. I’m afraid to do anything. I’m pretty sure this whole exercise thing has broken me.

Day 140

Breakfast: Toast w/pb, oj

Lunch: Cottage cheese w/vegetables, crackers, vitamin water

Dinner: Chicken salad w/veg

Snack: Apple

Calories: 1200

Exercise: Bike 2 miles. It started hurting my back - I’m going to call drs tomorrow morning.

Day 139

I think the important thing is that I didn’t starve today. I don’t think we need to focus on eating or exercise. From which you may guess that I ate somewhat more than I should have & I didn’t exercise.

I think I just needed a day off from thinking about eating well. My foot and knee are hurting & I’m kind of afraid to exercise. I’m going to go to the doctors on Tuesday I think. Anyway that is my boring entry for today!

Day 138

Breakfast: Toast, oj

Lunch: Chicken chaat salad, aloo tiki, naan, samosa stuff

Dinner: Chicken salad, vitamin water

Calories: Not sure - probably 1700-1800

Exercise: Um, um, ok none.

Day 137

Breakfast: Toast w/pb, oj

Lunch: Cottage cheese w/vegetables

Dinner: Tomato soup, french bread, slice cheese

Snack: Luna bar, vitamin water

Calories: 1700

Exercise: None - Sinuses bad & I feel miserable & ache all over.

Day 136

Breakfast: Oj

Lunch: Turkey spaghetti, slice bread, vitamin water

Dinner: Salad w/vegetables & ham

Snack: Luna bar

Calories: 1300

Exercise: Bike 5.5 miles. Didn’t walk because it was so windy!
