Breakfast: Cereal w/banana, oj

Lunch: Cottage cheese w/vegetables, crackers

Dinner: Chicken salad, bread

Snack: Luna bar, vitamin water

Calories: 1600

Exercise: Bike 3 miles

Remember, I won’t post for a couple of days. I’m going to keep track of what I do & I’ll post the days I miss when I come back - I don’t want gaps!
