Breakfast: Toast, v-8 juice

Lunch: Mongolian beef & rice

Dinner: Ham & cheese omelet, oj

Calories: 1600

Exercise: Walked 2 miles

I’ve come to the conclusion that I really have lost weight. I knew I had before but I can, finally, really see the difference. This is a bit scary.
