Cupcake!!! What do you mean, cupcake? Hmm. I don’t remember authorizing any cupcake, particularly without exercise. No yoga? No bicycle? Hmm. Too busy work for that ogre, I suppose. Hmm (that one didn’t mean anything, I just do so enjoy that word).

Hmm. Interesting comment. Well I tried but I’m not getting as much out of the word as you seem to. I need to make a schedule for myself for exercise and really stick to it. I tend to do it whenever I feel I have time which means if it gets late I let it slide. It really needs to be a priority for me.
Since the cupcake I added 2 bites of potato salad & a spoonful of pasta salad. I’m snacking - well not really snacking - just little bites of things. A bad habit that apparently 122 days has not cured because I’m falling back into it easily. When I started I was writing everything I ate down in a notebook that I kept by my computer & then I’d put it on the blog at night. I think that helped me to be more aware of exactly what I was putting in my mouth so I’m going to start again tomorrow.
Did you do something to make your little icon thing that green pattern?

I think you’re right about the schedule. It’s important. Treat it like a job (which is what it is). “I have to be at work at 9, I have to have a staff meeting at 11, I have to eat lunch at 12:30, and I have to conduct a conference call at 2.” I think you’ll be much more likely to stick to the schedule that way. And then, if something comes up like a meeting or a suggested meeting, you can say, “I can’t do it at 2, I already have a commitment then. How about 3?”
No idea where the icon came from.
