Breakfast: Chicken strip pieces

Lunch: Turkey spaghetti, vitamin water

Dinner: Pav Bhaji (indian thing w/potatoes & vegetables), salad

Snack: Luna bar, trail mix, apple

1400 calories

Exercise: Bike 6 miles, 39 min.

Kiko asked about how I felt after exercising. Pretty tired mostly! I’ve been trying to ride faster although I didn’t go very fast today. It is really tiring though. My legs hurt while I’m riding but not for very long afterwards. Shouldn’t I be enjoying exercise by now?

Day 24

Breakfast: Cereal w/milk & banana & pears, oj

Lunch: Salad, slice french bread

Dinner: Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken, Carrot salad w/banana & pineapple

Snack: Hot chocolate, piece toast

Exercise: Biked 4 miles, 25 min. Weights. My legs were really hurting as soon as I started biking. It seems like they shouldn’t hurt by now but it was really bad today.

1600 calories.

Day 7

Breakfast: scrambled egg, toast w/butter, oj, v-8 juice

Lunch: chicken salad, vegetable crisp crackers

Dinner: Chicken noodle soup, whole grain crackers

Snack: hot chocolate

Exercise: 32 minutes, 5 miles on bike

About 1600 calories. Not really balanced though - see post below.
