Day 62

Brunch: Lean cuisine sesame chicken dinner, vitamin water

Dinner: Chinese food: mongolian beef, rice, chow mein

Calories: Maybe 14-1500 total - I’m not sure how much in the chinese food - I didn’t have a lot of it though.

Exercise: Tried to do aerobic tape but my back hurt too much. Did weights for 10 minutes. I think the problem is I’m sitting at the computer too long. I’m thinking of driving over to the San Leandro Marina tomorrow afternoon and walking there because it is flat.

I need to be careful Sunday & Monday nights now that Jill is working - being alone I tend to snack on stuff, so I’m trying to watch that.

Day 31

Breakfast: Toast, v-8 juice

Lunch: Went out for Chinese food - mongolian beef w/steamed rice, one vegetable eggroll, broth from wonton soup.

Dinner: Left over mongolian beef.

Exercise:  Walked up the stairs 2x.  .  .
