I’ve been trying to lose weight for a very long time. Mostly without success. I think that one of the things missing has been help & accountability. This blog is a shameless bid for both! I’ll be posting at the end of each day with a list of what I ate that day & how much I’ve exercised. I’m hoping that readers will do a couple of things. First encourage me and second, hold me accountable. If I eat badly or don’t exercise let me know what you think!
So to jump right in - today I did not so great. I ate a piece of bread w/some pimento spread cheese for lunch along with a cookie. For dinner I had a hamburger made w/lean meat and about 15 chips (french fries for non-anglophiles). Oh yeah & a glass of champagne before dinner.
Overall not so bad calorie-wise. I’d like to stick to 1200 calories a day & this was about that, but nutritionally I know it wasn’t great.
Exercise: I rode my bike for 20 minutes, 3 miles. This sounds good but I know I could have gone longer.
So this is my start. Please comment, make suggestions etc., etc.
Thanks!
