Breakfast: scrambled egg, toast w/butter, oj, v-8 juice
Lunch: chicken salad, vegetable crisp crackers
Dinner: Chicken noodle soup, whole grain crackers
Snack: hot chocolate
Exercise: 32 minutes, 5 miles on bike
About 1600 calories. Not really balanced though - see post below.
